The River Wye at Hereford Bridge and Ross is now over 2 metres above normal levels, it has risen dramatically overnight so it looks like another weekend of guiding only with Wye Canoes. A few companies may offer unguided trips but we feel strongly it is not safe to allow customers out on the river without qualified and experienced guides accompanying them in case of any incidents. We have also noticed some companies sending unqualified guides along with their customers which is also dangerous.
