Wye Canoes Unique Guided River Trip & Orienteering Package
Your Wye Valley canoe & hike adventure starts with breakfast at Ye Olde Ferrie Inn followed by Introductions and getting you kitted out for the day with buoyancy aids, dry bags for your valuables and a paddle and safety briefing then we are off to Kerne Bridge just below Goodrich Castle to begin the paddle. Accompanied by our highly experienced river guides your trip takes you through some magnificent scenery following the river as it meanders down through the spectacular Wye Valley. The river passes under the well renowned view point of Symonds Yat Rock, which is also famous for its peregrine falcons, stopping for lunch at the wonderful Ye Old Ferrie Inn.
After lunch you will be given a map reading lesson for the afternoon challenge orienteering in the fantastic forest of the Wye Gorge.
