Wye Canoes are really looking forward to this Saturday hosting the canoeing event for the CARE International Charity Adventure Race based here in the Wye Valley. CARE fights poverty and injustice in 87 countries around the world to help the world’s poorest people find routes out of poverty. CARE also delivers emergency aid to survivors of war and natural disasters, and helps people rebuild their lives in the aftermath.
Wye Canoes are so proud to be able to be part of this weekends race that will include a forest mountain bike stage, a river run up through the Wye Gorge and of course a canoe section that will run from Symonds Yat to Monmouth. For more information about CARE International check out their website.
